Three acoustic spaces. A console room (18×16 ft), a dubbing room (19×16 ft), and a big recording floor (32×22 ft). Built for music, voice-overs, dubbing, mixing, and everything in between.
A 32×22 ft shooting floor with multiple set configurations, professional lighting, and everything needed for reels, brand films, product shoots, music videos, podcasts, and post-production.
80-person capacity, a 12×4 ft adjustable stage, and a professional PA already installed and calibrated. The same floor that shoots video in the morning becomes a venue by evening.
